Checking

The fabric received goes through multiple stages of intense checking

Inspection

After the layering, cutting and bundling of the garment, the bundles are inspected for rejected parts and is replaced

Quality Assurance

This is followed by another round of inspection for quality assurance purposes

Random Checks

Once the bundles are issued to the tailor, there are instantaneous random checks of garments made by the tailor

Correction

In case of a default, the piece is returned to the tailor for correction and it is made sure to avoid similar issues in the further bulk productionsa and future repeat orders.

Processing

The garments are forwarded for thread cutting, washing and pressing

Measurement

Finally, after another 100% inspection for stains, stitches and others, the garment is checked for its measurement by our well-trained staff

Dispatch

Before dispatching the consignments, our highly-trained QC team follows protocol to conduct random checks for handwork, bead work, embroidery and any other kind of defects to make sure quality is 100% upto the mark.

To make it possible for us to deliver the best quality products, Radium India focuses on its process extensively. Our process follows a simple but efficient stepwise progression.

Since a lot of these processes are involved during the production of our garments, there are high chances that the fabric or the parts get damaged. Thus, we conduct a precise and close control on the product quality during their value addition stages in order to make sure that goods being shipped are of genuine quality and as per the requirement of our clients.

For bead work, we use high value threads to avoid quality deterioration
